Monitor stopped responding-split

I have similar problem with my PC's. I have tried with two CPU but display is not there on monitor. When I remove cable from any of CPU I see message that no signal. I think there may be Keyboard problem.
I want to know does keyboard effect monitor to stop responding.

Yes but usually you would get a beep alarm when the keyboard does not initialize during POST.
