Hello,
I would like to know what is the best way to monitor the web sites a person is going to, and how much time they spend on those sites.
I allow someone to use my PC during the day and I’ like to make sure they are doing what they say they are doing and not just wasting time all day.
I'm not looking for something that records what they are chatting about or what's in their e-mail. I would Just like to see the approximate time they spend fooling around on the Internet.

Thank you

The proverbial Google search turned what appears to be a bottomless resource of materials...

Thanks for the reply
I did a search on google and I found out I could disable the
"Delete History..."
button in IE7 with Gpedit, but it will not work in XP Home
How can I get Gpedit to work in XP Home or another way of removing the "Delete History..." button .

There is a little known hidden Windows file known as Index.dat. I do not believe it is affected by deleting History. This file requires special viewing and handling software as it is not accessible to modify using Windows. Have a look see...Index.dat

Spider is available for download here. (www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fid,6481-page,1-c,internet/description.html)
It can be used to view the content of the Index.dat file, and/or delete the file.
