Color of ...

Sorry, this doesn't have anything to do with hardware.

I was just wondering how to change the color of the left vertical blue bar that has a "Windows 98" running up it. You know, the one to the left of the main folders - programs, settings, etc.

Any way to change the color of the bar and/or the Win 98 logo?

By the way, I'm using Windows 98 (obviously).

Not sure you can change that kind of stuff with hacking around in GDI somewhere.

You can get rid of it altogether. Right-click on an empty spot on the taskbar,
click Properties, then click the box 'Show small icons in Start menu'.
