I'm wondering what exactly can be done about my computer without having to resort to wiping everything and starting over. I'm a graphic designer and I have a lot of resources and textures that will deeply hurt to lose that I've amounted over several years. Not only that, but all of the .PSD files I will be losing (backups of my work in Photoshop format.)
My computer at startup bluescreens where you see the Windows Logo and the Loading Bar. As soon as it bluescreens it reboots and I can't see what is the error message exactly. I've used Boot in safemode to see at exactly where the computer fails to loadup and it looks like it's a System32 file that's screwed. I can't exactly see what it is however because the display is off-centered and the rest of the file is cutoff.

Try pressing f8 while booting. This should give you a list of options of which one should be to disable the automatic restart on system failure. This will leave the blue-screen visible. Post the STOP code here.

not sure why you would "lose" anything as most ,if not all, your files should be on the second drive..................in theory at least...........I like to call it "back-up"...................But put the OS disk in and try a "Repair"...........it should reload your system 32 for you............hope you have the disk........good luck

Which version of Windows? There are different approaches for the different versions but if you can get into Safe Mode then a System Restore might get you going again.
Most, if not all, of your file system is likely to be OK so if you have vital files on your hard drive then the first priority is to back them up or to clone the whole hard drive. The Knoppix link in my sig is just one way to achieve such results.

Have you tried booting in Safe Mode? If this works you may be able to access System Restore feature that can restore your computer back to its last known good configuration.
These type of problem is usually caused by corrupted registry. I highly recommend that you use a legitimate registry software (http://www.registrycleanercc.com/what-is-a-registry-cleaner) that can help you prevent these kind of problems in the future.
:) .
Hope this helps.
