High Speed Question

I have lite internet 3 Mbps 256 Kbps and I was wondering if I went to high speed 10 Mbps 512 Kbps would I see a big difference in my surfing and just basic computer use especially streaming videos like youtube?

Yes it would definitely make a difference. It won't speed up your actual computer, but anything you do on the net, especially anything like watching videos or downloading anything, you will notice a big difference going from 3 to 10Mbps.
