Motherboard upgrading issue??

Hi, there. Wanna upgrade my last mother board. Confusing what to choose. My friend suggest me to go with this Intel Desktop DP55WB uATX Media Series Motherboard with 8 Channel Audio (http://www.dealstudio.com/searchdeals.php?type=id&q=d182249&ru=28901346). The price just meet my needs well. But I'm not sure for its quality. Anyone ever use it? Plz give me some suggestions. Thanks for any input.

Can you open your case and see what brand/wattage your power supply is?

Better yet, take a few pictures of the power supply and the rest of the inside.

Try to get clear pix so we can really see what's going on in there and post 'em here.
