ok so my prolem is my pc wont boot. it powers up as does the hdd ,dvd,secondary hdd. But it wont give me anything but a black screen no beeds only thing that happesns is the reset button on my case blinks every 1 and a half seconds as if it is just resetting the whole time. I tried disconecting the reset button this does nothing i took out the cmos battery for 24 hours i tried switching ram around,putting in a video card powering on from different rooms of the house everything seems like it should go all the fans turn on but nothing after that any help would be good

amd x2 6000 3.0 ghz
2gb ddr2 corsair ram
350 gb hdd
palit nvidia 9800gt 1gb
onboard grapichs card which it is now conected to as it wont boot off the nvidia or itself is ati readon 4200
