ok i cant do regedit or anything says disabled by group administrator, my sound card wont play sound suddenly, got all these weird things in startup that keep reappearing even after a reboot and disable all in msconfig. keeps opening svchost and taxing my cpu power till i disable the 2 svc host's.
ive ran 2 virus scans on avg and avira - to no avail this bug is still here
if i can get regedit back up i could prolly fix this or at least some of it.
if that dont work i really need some help on getting windows restore point back up and running that is shut down by group administrator as well.
help???
anything would help

Sounds like a nasty malware infection.
Post a HJT log:
http://www.pcguide.com/vb/showthread.php?t=60009
and Classicsoftware/authorized helpers can respond from that point.
Try to describe what the popups are calling themselves and the desktop/system tray icons showing up as well.

Sorry for the delay:
How to run a scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here (http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe) or Here (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html)
Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.[/QUOTE]
Reboot post the MBAM log
Post a new HJT log
tell me how the system is running
