I have the above card and when i get a good picture, i loose all sound, any ideas? thanks

Go into Device Manager and check to see if it is sharing an IRQ with the sound card...post back and with some more specific info about your machine and setup and I'm sure that we'll come up with something.

System P3 733 256mhz 30gig Jetway 694as on board sound
Moving the aerial about lets the sound out but the picyure deteriorates

Well if moving the antenna around brings in the sound but the picture then deteriorates, you have a recption problem and should either try relocating the antenna some distance from the computer or try a sigmnal amplifier...
