Hi Guys,
I have just bought the components to build my first PC, with lots of hope and anxiety.
I have bought a CUSL2-C, Black Pearl motherboard by ASUS and a Intel PIII 1 Gig processor among other things. I found that the Processor comes with a oversized fan. Though the shopowner(from whom I bought them) tells me it is OK to put it on the board, I am a bit anxious as the the Fan is to be attached to the processor with a small plastic clip and I have bought Tower model ATX case. Any comments?

One more thing. I am yet to buy the AGP VGA card. Is it OK to go for a 32 MB one, or should I choose a pricier 64 MB one.

Thanks in advance!!

As long as the fan attaches to the processor with a heatsink, a huge fan can only make your machine run that much cooler. Your state of apprehension makes me wonder if someone didn't sell you a case fan instead of a CPU fan. Check if there is any doubt.

Which video card you should have depends on what you are doing. My machine is strictly for business utility and my video is but 4mb AGP. Most people like more. If you're a gamer, you're going to actually require a minimum.
