e-mail probs

I have two e-mail accounts. One with Freeserve (**@*****.fsnet.co.uk) and one with BT Connect. Can anyone advise me on how to forward automatically my Freeserve e-mails to my BT Connect e-mail address. Freeserve Helpline state that I need special software. Is this correct and does anyone know where I can get it?

Forwarding of emails from one mailbox to another without you downloading them is performed by the mail server. You'll need to contact Freeserve or BT connect to set that up.
