HP692C DESKJET NOT PRINTING WITH NDPS

I work in a school system. We have just implemented NDPS (Novell). For some reason, we are having trouble printing from older computers to HP692c deskjet printers using a JetDirect box. A newish Dell GX110 works fine off the same box/PA. I've reinstalled the print driver and reset up the JetDirect box. Am SOOOOOO looking forward to getting help from some Novell person out there!!!

What Operating Systems are the various computers using?

What Netware Clients are the computers using? Are you using the Microsoft clients, or Netware clients?

I suspect it has to do with authentication.

P.S. I have no Novell training or qualifications.
