I cannot recall the key/passphrase when signing on to the network. What are my options?

If you can web into the admin page, you can change the passphrase and use the same one in the connecting PC.
Press the Reset button on the back of the unit for 10 seconds and reconfigure the device if you cannot remember the admin log in.
