Hey guys I have a Toshiba satellite P205 and the power inlet is acting up after getting pushed into the wall while it was plugged in. The female part for on the laptop is slightly loose and will only read the charge if it is pushed in with manual levarage at an angle. Where and how much do you think it would cost to get this fixed? Its about 3 years old and I dont think it needs a replacement but it definitely needs fixing.

Staples here in California quoted me 180.00 half off. That was about two weeks ago.

If it's "just" that the port on the PC is loose then it is surprising how much one can do with good glue (such as araldite or another epoxy resin glue that will adhere to plastic) or with a soldering iron used in such a way as to melt\"weld" the adjacent plastic into "shape".

This of course supposes that you can disassemble the case enough to do either such procedure.
