Hello i have a Prolink N Series wireless router, I have a download package of 512kbps thats 51.2Kbps and its really slow for me! Is there a way to bypass the speed limit by using some proxy??
If that's what you are being provided by your ISP...then nope.

A proxy simply filters which sites that you can access on the Web, it does not increase speed of the connection.
Open DNS might increase speed but only if the bottleneck is bad routing by the ISP.
The OS you are using can affect the speed if the transmission packet size is not optimum for the bandwidth available. Windows XP and prior OSes needed the packet size adjusted to optimize the connection.
Windows Vista and Windows 7 both automatically adjust to get the most out of the bandwidth available.
Your browser and caching of previously viewed sites graphics can also affect the responsiveness of the Internet experience.
Chrome browser is very fast, Firefox is good too.
