MS Media Player

How do I find out . . . which MS Media Player I have got? I have checked just about every tab available - all to no avail. There seem to be security concerns over versions 6.4, 7 and 7.1.

Hey,

Open MS Media Player. Click on the Help tab. Then, click on the "About Media Player" or something to that affect. The next diaglog screen that pops up should have the version number.

Hey - Big Blue 66 to the rescue as per usual. Makes me feel "that" big (small!) Anyway, thanks! The answer in my case is 7.00.00.1958, in other words there is some "security concern". But trust me to have forgotten what that was . . .
