Is this (http://grc.com/optout.htm) what you are referring to?

Yes but the actual OPT OUT download is not available.
I need someone who has the original.
Thanks

there is a link on the site for 'ad-aware' which it states replaces 'opt out' I wasn't able to download it (I'll try again later) but maybe you'll have more success.

i use ad-aware and it's a very effective program, it's also free! http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
Just be careful, because some programs require that spyware to function-so you'll have to get rid of the whole program if you don't want the spyware. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/frown.gif ( ex: go!zilla is one of the worst )
