How do I change the icon for all jpeg images. I've installed a program that has changed all off them. I'd like change them back to the red/yellow icon that windows uses. I had to do this a while back. I just can't remember how I did it! Thanks.

Sorry about belated..did you get an answer elsewhere? My jpeg icons are blue and white..default for IE in 98. To change what program, and therefore what icons, are associated with opening a file go to Start..Settings..Folder Options..File tab. Highlight the jpegs on the list, then click on Edit button. You will be able to change where the jpegs open when you doubleclick on them. Browse for the proper exe file. You may also need to check on whatever you installed that "kidnapped" the jpegs too for some configuration in that program. When I installed a program long ago, it "stole" ALL of my image files..all bitmaps, all jpegs, etc. Had to find the "Preferences" in that program and uncheck boxes for files that I wanted to open elsewhere in addition to redoing the files under Folder Options.
