How do I send an email to multiple recipients (say a group of people)and have it appear it was sent only to each one individually? This would be using Outlook or Outlook Express.

Use the bcc field.

No, no, no! Not the bcc or cc field! The recipients name has to show in the To: field, all by itself. Do you understand?

David, The Blind Carbon Copy function should work for your needs. If in doubt, send yourself an email using that function put a buddy's addy in the To: field and just write Test in the subject line.

In the address book create a new group instead of new contact.

E.G Family Group

Add all the members in your family to this Group.

When you click TO in outlook, click the group, you will see only the group name appear in the TO box but once emailed it will travel with everyones individual names listed.

I think YES YES YES
