Audio Tapes to CD

Can someone tell me how I can take an audio tape cassette and put it on a CD for audio and for the web. What software and hardware do I need to complete this task.

Sound card with a line in(most have them), the proper cables (depending on what kind of cassette player you are using) and some kind of recording software (MusicMatch Jukebox seems to popular around here or you can look here (http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/))
