RAID 5 Pagefile issues (Win2K)

We have Win2K Server running on a 3HDD RAID 5 array. There is one hot spare. I believe that it is best not to have the pagefile on a RAID array but we currently have no option. Would it be a good idea to add a HDD separately to the array and put the pagefile on that?

Yes,that's what I would do. I have heard that placing the page file on a RAID 0 array is good for performance, but a "RAID 5" page file would proably be a dog performance wise.
