I'd like to post some images to a web forum. To do this on this particular site, you need to post the images elsewhere & provide the link. The forum page then links to the image & shows it. I could do this easily on my ISP, but I'd rather not post this address to a public forum. Is there a service that will provide somewhere for me to upload these images and provide a link to them? I have checked PhotoPoint.com, but they will only provide this link-to service for a fee. Alternately, is there any kind of "anonymizer" service which I might add to the forum as a 3rd party link that would then link to my the images on my ISP, thus hiding the true address? Other ideas?

Thanks

Dan

There's plenty of free webspace being offered, why not load your images to one of those.?

If your building a web page, just code it so you can't "view source" and also code it so you can't right click on it.

Go Here, Eboard.com (http://www2.eboard.com/eboard/servlet/IndexLoginServlet) where you can set up a free virtual bulletin board and post pics or other files. I use it quite often, works great.

This Link (http://www.freewebspace.net/guide/diskstorage.shtml) looks like it might be worth looking into. If you're looking for a place for a website, Free Web Space (http://www.freewebspace.net/guide/diskstorage.shtml) should have some worth checking out.

Not long ago, Zing was the way to do it, but they shut down a few months ago. I haven't checked into image storing since Zing closed up shop, but maybe one of the file storage services listed in the above links will help.

Thanks for the replies. I used Eboard.com, as suggested by iisbob, and it worked fine. I wasn't really trying to set up a web page, just park a couple image files somewhere with a url to them so a web forum could access them (this is how they post images on the group, so as to not clog their own server). I wanted a way to do this without using my own web address (and no, they're not *THAT* kind of images, some woodworking projects, actually http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif) and Eboard.com fit the bill.
