Trouble with word 2000 screen dumps (print screen)

Hi all, a training place I attend each week has just installed Office 2000
upgrade from office 97,we are using word 2000 but I have found the print screen option works but there is no option (4 arrrows)to move the pasted item.
With word 97 it was straight forward, the staff are unsure how to get
round this at present, and this is holding things up, does anybody
have any idea's how to switch this option on. Thanks in advance

To move the item first right click and choose "format picture" click "layout" and choose any "wrapping style".

Now you'll be able to move the picture.

Seems you have to knock it out of whatever mode it defaults to before you can move it.
