re: unable to retrieve mail on current connection

My DUN profile is set up with a different profile then one I set up with IE explorer.
Previously when I go to download e-mail I would have a message saying something similar to:
1) “Do you want to remain using this connection”?
2) “Or start a new connection”

I would check the 1) checkbox and would receive my e-mail.
But yesterday I also clicked on the check box “do not notify me again”
So now the dialog box does not appear.

Now when I go to dl mail it closes my current connection and tries to dl via another DUN profile set up.

Help, how can I get IE to operate on the existing network connection rather then trying to operate using another DUN profile?

Open OUtlook Express and go to Tools\Accounts. Highlight your email account and click Properties Click the Connection tab. Look for the connection you want to use in the drop down box and click it, click the "Always connect to this account using" box, click OK. Click the General tab and make sure the box at bottom is checked, that says "Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing."

See if that does it...
