How is your system wired? What is connected to what?

Router is connected to the computer. Wired router.

I agree with Classicsoftware, the IP config is showing your PC is getting a public Internet address.
Likely wired directly to the modem?
Or maybe the input wire to the router is connected to a switch port instead of the WAN port?

I really don`t get that stuff lol. Anyways. suggest something I should do, on other forum someone suggested restarting router.. is that a good idea?

Simply follow the wire from the modem for the Internet to the router, it has to connect to the WAN port.
Restarting the router won't fix it if it is not wired correctly.

You are not stupid.

Please describe your connection.

For example my setup is:

Coax Cable (Internet)--> Motorola Cable Modem--> Linksys Router--> Dlink 24 port switch--> Various and sundry pc's, printers and hard drives.

Does your computer connect via Ethernet cable or USB?

Does your modem also control your phone service? I'm less inclined to reset your modem if it also controls your phones. Have you consulted with your ISP who supplied the device?

A broadband modem is the first bit of kit (the first hardware inside the house) that the internet (WAN) connects to.

A broadband modem maybe a discreet box which can then connect to a PC or a router or on some connections (notably ADSL routers that connect to the internet via a telephone line) the modem may be incorporated within the router.

Who is your ISP and is it cable or telephone (dialup or ADSL) or wifi or ...

84.50.16.1 (http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/84.50.16.1) is Elion Enterprises Limited, or Elion for short, and which is the largest telecommunications and Internet service provider in Estonia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elion_Enterprises_Limited).

So it looks as if you are either connecting directly to this Estonian ISP or via a router setup in bridge mode.

You probably should not change the router settings (assuming it really is a router and not an ADSL or Cable modem) to the defaults without confirming things with your ISP.

If you want to port forward it is possible that the ISP will need to assign you a fixed public IP address (possibly for a charge) and alter the router settings either directly from the WAN side or by giving you details of how to go about this.

Please post the details of the "router" make and model.
