I have written on some of my RW/CD's with 'permanent' marker, and would now like to clean it off, any ideas?
Permanent isn't really permanent, is it!

Vic I'm affraid that it might be perm.I would not try anything real caustic like(nail polish, kero, thinner,or isatol)you could try goo-be gone
or straight peroxide and a scotch brite pad but be carful not to get it on the recordable side of CD and do not scrub real hard you'll unbalance the cd and it will never be right.Cotton balls might do the trick?? good luck.

Try a swap with standard isoprohol(sp?) alcohol, always works for me. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/wink.gif
