You cannot share a cable connection with two computers without a router.

Sounds unlikely when you have no router (wifi or otherwise) unless you are connected to a neighbour's router.

I have ONE computer in my living room..along with a TV and another cable runs to my bedroom TV. So, two tvs and one laptop.
I know i have a modem, not a router. Is it possible that my comp is hacked?

What model modem is provided by Comcast?
Does it provide wireless?
Are you only connecting wired (Cat 5 cable)?
Is the Cat 5 cable the one that was provided with the modem?
Is the laptop set to automatically accept an address?
Is the laptop set to connect with a proxy (typically a work PC)?

Is it possible that my comp is hacked?
We have no way to know that yet.

i believe the modem is a Webstar DPC2100 .. i am at work and dont have it in front of me.
I am connected wired, with cat 5 ethernet cable..
The other questions i am not sure of as i am at work.. also, i am a computer novice..

That model (http://www.cisco.com/web/consumer/support/userguides2/4005527.pdf) has two ports; one for an ethernet cable and the other for a USB cable. It has no WiFi so if you are really connected by WiFi then it must be to a WiFi router or access point somewhere. That modem allows you to connect one PC via USB and either one more PC by a direct ethernet cable or multiple PCs via a switch or router in turn attached to the modem by an ethernet cable.

Are the two TVs connected via a set-top box or what. And if you directly connect to the modem via USB or ethernet cable - can you get on line?
