DDR and PC133

[Dr DRAM]

The mother board i have has slots for DDR and PC133 memory. Right now i have 256MB of DDR. I have another 256MB of PC133 just laying around. But before i go and do something stupid and blow my computer up, i was wondering if anyone knows if using the both together would cause a problem.
