deleting search engine history?

How do you delete search engine history. you know like when you click on a search engine, it shows all the other things you typed in previously?Thanks

Hiya. In IE, try Tools, internet options, content, autocomplete, clear forms. Not sure about Netscape. Hope this helps.

You can also clear line by line by getting the drop down box and highlighting one line and hitting the delete key...
