I have a Dell Precision 410 Workstation, the Desktop model, and I want to switch everything over into a tower. From what I hear, the Dell motherboards are different than any other AT/ATX style motherboards, and require custom cases. Hopefully someone out there can help me accomplish this, because the Dell Technical Help aint worth a s***!!

Hello DDog and welcome.
Not sure about that exact model but I do know a lot of the older proprietery machines are a bit different. I have a Compaq tower that, from the outside it looks like an ATX. It is actualy an AT with the MOBO on the otherside of the mount panel http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif
If you are talking about the flat desktop design, then most of those won't work in a tower case. I have heard of people doing it, but the ones I have seen won't go into the cases I have.
It would take some research on different cases to see if it will fit.
Good luck http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/wink.gif
