Via Acrobat 9, I'm trying to initate a shared review as in this video, about 1/3 of the way, where I need to enter login, I cannot log in (the login dialog just refreshes).
I try at http://sharpoint/US/

If I try at mysite, I do not get a login dialog, but I also do not see any workspaces:

I've talked with our network admin and they say to talk to Adobe support.
I have a few ideas and I think it is just a permission issue:
1. Acroat does not seem to see workspaces off the root (beyond US) and that is a bug with Acrobat.
2. I have full development access to mysite, but not the root US, and that might be the problem.
Our IT group is done and Adobe does not seem very accomodating of post sale support.
