registry error

Where could i go in the registry to fix a small, but
irratating startup error.i have an HP Laserjet 1100
and I use windows '98.Everytime I start my computer
the printer prints 1 page with what looks like the
right half of the top of a capital letter T.That's
it! No problems with the printer at all, just curious
as to how to fix that.Thanks in advance.
