POST screen too fast

Is there a way to halt or slow down the Power On Self Test screen? I have Abit KT7A-raid,1200 Athalon, and the POST screen zips by too fast to read. This is further complicated by second setup screen re raid. I assume that there is a keyboard command of some kind, but I don't want to be randomly guessing.

The Pause / Break Button on the keyboard can stop the screen/system.
However Like the first screen YOU need to press it Very quickly and at the correct time.

If you have a dot matrix printer connected to LPT1 you could also press the Print Screen Button again at the correct time and it would send the screen to the printer.

You can also change the Bios settings - look for a "quick boot" option and disable it. The POST will slow and do a memory test, possibly even multiple times.
