netscape communiator 4.7

every time i try to install netscape, i get an system error stating
that a device on my system is not enable. please help if you can.

ur description of ur problem here is vague, can u explain it more clearly? (e.g. which part of the installation u receive the error msg? what is the exact error msg that is shown?)
