Outlook should be similar to OE, go to Tools\Options Signatures tab and click New. Then check the Text box below, and type in your text, or if you want to use a file, check the File box and browse to the file with your signature. Check the box to Add signatures to all outgoing mesages then click Apply and you should be set up.

Done that but it won't apply my logo, only the text. I have pasted the logo into my e-mail but can't do it as my sig.
Also with all the playing about I can't save anything as a jpg as I'm not given that option. I originally had my logo saved as a bmp & as a jpg now they are a bmp & a gif. when I open the gif I get several options to save but not jpg. & when I open the bmp I only get the options bmp or gif.
I can still open other jpg's though.
Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

go into Tools\Options, Send tab, and set it to send as HTML. Sounds like it's set to send as text.

Thanks Pete, Done that A.OK, but have you any idea why I can't now save files as jpg. I used to be able to open a bmp & save as jpg (which is how I converted them to put on my website)
I don't get that option any more (unless the file I open is ALREADY a jpg)

No idea, what I do is open the picture in a program that will view both types and save it in the format I want to use. Many image viewing/editing programs will do it.

When you click on a jpeg does it bring up the box asking you to assign a program to open it with?
