uninstalling win98 upgrade

I have a computer that was recently upgraded to windows98 from windows95
I seem to have lost the windows98 CD and need to find a way to uninstall it but at the same time leaving my windows95 files and settings intact.

There should be an uninstall program on the drive you installed 98 upgrade onto.
However you Must also have told win98 to keep the old system files.
If you didn’t you are out of luck.
