What’s the difference?? And can I use an AGP 2.0 video card with my AGP Pro slot??

On that page you will find

‘AGP Pro slot with AGP 4X/2X/1X support “

Yes you can use your AGP 2 card with that M/B
The numbers are the speed rating for the agp buss .
Your card may have AGP 2 on it meaning AGP standard #2
Check your documentation for the card and select the correct buss speed.
You’ll need to set the correct speed in the system setup/bios
