I am having problems with my computer looking up and I was told to perform a back up to a cd and then reload all pertant information. I just don't have a clue as to where to start. Any help would be wonderful.

Backup the all the stuff you want to save should your hard drive crash, this includes but not limited to: all documents, downloaded programs(especially if you're on dialup),address book, email (if desired), game [saves, maps, etc], mp3s, browser favorites.

Hello Wilseya,
You should have some software that is designed to copy info to a CD (EZ-CD Creator, Nero,...)
Sounds like you are having other problems though. Maybe some more info on exactly what you are doing, and exactly what the messages are that you are getting.
What should be happening is, You open the CD writing software, select the files or folders you want copied, be sure you have a blank disk in the CD-RW, and click "Go, or OK, or Start,..."
Let us know if this sounds right and we can go from there http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/cool.gif
