I dont know very much about PHP... but I'm wondering if you need a server that runs a specific program to translate the PHP into HTML or something. I would like to make a website using PHP but I need some details, a website would be helpful.
Thanks

Hey do3boy,
PHP is a language for producing archiving and searching websites. It would work from within an HTML document, much like JavaScript, Flash, ASP(similar to PHP but MS specific).
HERE (http://www.google.com/search?q=PHP) is the first page of a Google (http://www.google.com) search that might help.
I would also recommend a trip to Sam's (http://www.samspublishing.com) and find there "Teach yourself in 24 hours" book on PHP.
Oh yea, one more Place (http://www.mayworks.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard/ikonboard.cgi) to get some help. Derek is pretty sharp and I think he has a good knowledge of PHP as well.
Good luck http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/cool.gif
Just found this, might be of some help PHP (http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/P/PHP.html)
