need help

I have a burner on my pc which is a compaq and running win 98se when i goto down load it to the cd it shows that it is emtpy and nothing went on there am i doing something wrong help please.

Are you trying to drag and drop files?

What software are you using?

Any software/hardware changes recently or any other problems?

Did you setup the burn program to test first befor the burn?
if you do a test first you may be removing the disk after the test not the final burn
