I have this program for downloading music that automatically launches on startup. Where do I go to disable this? I know I have seen it somewhere in the system but I can't remember where. I have tried to find somewhere within the program itself, but I can't find that either. I am using Windows XP.
Thanks

Try this..Start>run...type msconfig click OK
then put a dot in selective startup then click the startuptab...uncheck the program you don't want at startup... click apply then OK...you will have to restart to make the changes take effect
good luck

Or download Startup Control Panel by Mike Lin...works on everything from Windows 95-Windows XP...places an icon in your control panel and lets you control everything that runs at boot time...

When all else fails, read the instructions.
Where is the site that has that start up control panel by mike Lin... located?
Hoop
Mike Lin's Homepage (http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml)...there you go.
