I must be missing something because I have been unable to figure out how to share a folder/file with a specific network user. I want to share a folder with 1 person only. How do I set it up? When I get into permissions, I am unable to find my user. Do I need to set them up as a user on my PC? Do they need to use the same password as on their PC logon? Any help is really appreciated! Thanks.

If you don't have a server, or if your not logging in to one, then the user must be added to your computer using the same account name and password.

If you do use a server then make sure the "look in" field is pointing to your domain (which contains the user) and not to the local computer.
