You CPU's clock speed is a function of it's internal multiplier ( currently vendor's lock this ) and the FSB.
If your system is less than 2 years old more than likely it's got a system bus of 100 Mhz; and your CPU is probably locked at 6X { that multiplier } so 6X*100=600, by increasing the FSB ( that system bus ) you can increase the speed of your CPU; ie..6x*106= roughly 633 Mhz.
If your BIOS supports soft overclocking you should see a listing for frequency control which will allow you to increase the speed of your front side bus in small increments. Be warned however that this will also increase the speed of the peripheral buses; meaning your PCI bus , memory bus, etc.. and could lead to instability and crashes.
Therefore i'm advising you to NOT do this, as an increase of only 33 mhz isnot going to give you any peformance boost. If you wish for a faster CPU then i would suggest purchasing a new one.

I'm not an Intel guru but 600E is the CPU designation. The E
series is the good one.
Shop evidently cleared BIOS and set everything back to default
setting for you, (including FSB), so now the CPU is running at
factory default setting of 600Mhz.
Luck.
