ANTI VIRUS

i use windows 2000 as operating system.it has detected the nimda virus.and it has affected admin.dll file .i have qurantined it .now what to do. should i run antivirus again or should i delete the admin.dll file .is it enough if it is quarantined and will it affect my system again
