When I turn on the PC this is what comes up on the first screen. Before I get into windows.....any ideas??? I made sure all cables were plugged in, obviously Im missing one, not sure which one this is. Thanks ahead....

This message is telling you that you have a hard drive capable of ATA66 or faster transfer speeds, and that you only have a regular cable (for ATA33 or slower) connected to the drive...
You need a 40 pin, 80 conductor IDE cable...you can get them at any computer shop...
It's also possible that you have a 40/80 cable that is damaged...
