I have a Plug and Play ISA card that I need to use with DOS running Windows 3.1 in standard mode. The software I am running requires the port and memory address of the card to be entered.
I have been able to able to find out this information on previous machines by disabling PNP in the BIOS and using the Intel ISA plug and play utility.

Time has moved on and I now have a machine with a BIOS that will not allow the PNP to be disabled, the ISA utility hangs the machine and I need to find out where the ISA card resides so that I can address it. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/confused.gif

Any Ideas

Thanks

You might try a DOS diagnostic program that reports system information.

Here's a link to one http://www.syschk.com/

A google search can turn up others if needed.

Good Luck http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif
