Hello I want to clear my CMO's and must do it via Jumper pins eg 123 I have this plastic shunt on 1&2 and must remove it to close 2&3 for a very short period of time>> How do I remove this plastic shunt, and put it on the other set of jumper pins?

If space is too crowded that you can't grab it with your fingers you can use tweezers....

Yep, that's about it. Jumpers come off easily, if you can reach it with your fingers just pull it off. Make sure you unplug the computer first. ATX boards still have power when shut down unless you unplug or shut down the main power switch, if it has one. Tweezers, needle nose pliers (not highly recommended) or hemostats will do fine if the jumper is in a tight spot.
