How to Open Dual Windows

How do I open a 2nd window on the screen whilst keeping the first one visible? Can I then drag and drop items between the 2 windows?

Howdy jhitches
When you have an explorer window open... grab the bottom right
corner with your cursur and drag it to the size you want
then open another. yes you can drag and drop between them...
Windows should remember the size of the window when you
close it so it opens that size next time

Open up first page and then hold down the CTRL key and open second page. Resiize as required (or right click task bar and choose "Tile Windows Horizontal\Vertical as best suited)

Ps. Yes you can drag and drop between them
