mpeg-2 decoding for DVD rom

Welp, I bought a used Pioneer DVD-115 16x dvd drive. The thing came with no disk, no software, no nothing. I was just wondering if anyone knows of a free dvd player, or at least a shareware thing that doesn't have a 5 minute limit http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/frown.gif

Do a search for maximusdvd version 1.2 even supports windows XP
Or check out Hotfiles.com and do a search for dvd played
