Set HP deskject to draft mode

How do I set an HP deskject 952c to default print in draft mode. In W98SE, the printer defaults to "normal" mode after each printing job.

Under the Printer properties you should see a setup tab.
start/settings/printers and fax/ 952icon . Right click the icon. then properties

Under the setup tab you should see the 3 options for print quality .
select draft . then on the bottom of that tab page you should see apply.
Click apply .
This should save the draft mode as default.
I tested this using my HP 970 and it saved the settings even after a reboot.
You may have to open and set these defaults in some of your software also.
I know a few programs will use there own page setups and over ride the system default
